The Collective

A curated network of best-in-class collaborators and technologies that bring experience systems to life

“Alina’s true gift goes way beyond Wellness knowledge but lies in her wisdom to turn collaboration into a masterclass in collective excellence.”

— Ari Peralta, Neuroscience & Sensory Design, Harvard

The Collective

My work is all about technology, which means "the artful application of knowledge".

This work is strengthened through a global network of leading expertise across wellness, longevity, hospitality, science, and human performance and thriving.

The Collective reflects Alina’s long-standing belief in the " we space" — and the enriching relationships with specialists, innovators, and operators—bringing the right expertise into each engagement with intention and precision.

The Collective is about healthy interdependency, co-creation and authentic collaboration. It leaves toxic competitive dynamics behind because the future evolution of our species is, at its core, is about including and transcending the self, and lifting others.

This means ensuring that every layer of the experience is informed by those shaping the field at the highest level – and with high level consciousness.

“Evolution is no longer about the individual; it is about the symphony we create when we stop trying to outshine one another and start playing together.”

— The luminary, Barbara Marx Hubbard

Part of the Collective is the dimensions offered within the Touchless Wellness paradigm - an approach that reframes how wellness products and services are delivered, expanding beyond hands-on modalities to environments and systems that support wellbeing without direct touch, but always integrated human touch, and interactions along the guest journey.

As one of the conceptual co-creators of this space, Alina’s work remains closely connected to its ongoing development and application across hospitality and longevity environments.

She Co-chairs the Global Wellness Institute’s Touchless Wellness Initiative, and the co-authored the seminal white paper that launched the section, “Embracing tomorrow, today, the power of innovation through Touchless Wellness.”
Most recently, she published “Touchless Wellness as Cultural On-ramp, Wellness in the Digital Age,” currently available through the Touchless Wellness Association.
Soon Alina will be publishing a series of additional papers in this arena available through the Touchless Wellness Collective.

Announcements to follow.

Working alongside those shaping the future of human experience.

This work is designed to complement and elevate existing expertise.
