About me

My work is engaged when clarity, performance, and outcomes are prioritized.

Bio

I am an award-winning industry innovator, Founder of the Wellness Innovation Hub, and wellness experience architect and strategist. My work is very multi/interdisciplinary, and I draw from fields including human behavior, systems thinking, regenerative practice, human potential, a vast experience in corporate hospitality, and wellness innovation.

I have innovated applying Experience Architecture as infrastructure into the Wellness industry by helping organizations translate human needs, behaviors, and aspirations into adaptive, experience-led operating business models across wellness, longevity, hospitality, and product development.

I work with owner-operators, global brands, institutions, and innovators to move beyond static ideas into 21st century iterations of living systems - designing frameworks that evolve alongside changing customer expectations, health priorities, and market dynamics. Rather than focusing solely on technical execution, I guide the strategic design of human-centric systems and operational realities that integrate my domain expertise to deliver results, service design, and business performance for both Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Experience (ROX).

As a systems thinker, I draw from behavioral science, psychological development frameworks, and translational science, evidence-informed wellness to better understand how people change, adapt, and thrive. My approach is grounded in the core pillars of wellness - movement, nutrition, stress regulation, sleep, and social wellbeing - translated into cohesive experiences that support resilience, recovery, and long-term behavioural change. I focus on eliminating costly assumptions by deeply understanding the end-user experience—enabling organizations to test, refine, and scale with greater precision, and certainty.

I am Co-Chair of the Mental Wellness and Touchless Wellness Initiatives at the Global Wellness Institute and am certified in Behavioral Science as a Health Coach through the Mayo Clinic. I am also the co-creator of The First 1000 Days of Wellness, a framework rooted in the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease (DoHAD), advancing intergenerational approaches to health and longevity.

I am a leading voice in “Wellness 3.0” and Touchless Wellness, and co-author of the seminal “Embracing Tomorrow, Today: The Power of Innovation Through Touchless Wellness.” My work explores how human-centered, technology-enabled solutions can support evolving well-being journeys across hospitality, longevity, healthcare, and community ecosystems.

I speak globally and contribute to leading industry platforms including the Global Wellness Summit, Global Wellness Institute, EHL Innovation Hub and EHL HumanX Summit, Forbes Travel Guide, FIBO, Medical Wellness Congress, and the Longevity Med Summit. My insights are regularly featured in publications such as Longevity Technology, European Spa, Spa Business and American Spa – and others.

I am certified in Service and Experience Design, Design Thinking, and facilitation. I am known for my out-of-the-box thinking and bring unique value to work closely with stakeholders to translate vision into execution—building adaptive systems that enable personalization, and now hyperpersonalization at scale.

I speak five languages and divide my time between Germany and Italy, with a global perspective shaped by living across three continents and extensive time in Southeast Asia.
