I work at the intersection of living systems and human-made, digital, and engineered environments - reframing problems and co creating with others to orchestrate how environments, behaviors, and technologies shape human experience.

As an Experience Architect, I define the system - revisiting core assumptions at the outset - and translate it into experience frameworks, strategic roadmaps, and experience design direction that align the business of wellness, hospitality and longevity for long term success across all stakeholders: the business, its people, and most importantly, the guest - ensuring the guest journey is executed with clarity and performs as a living, adaptive ecosystem.
